Expert Witness & Litigation Support

• Case File Review & Consultation – $300/hour

• Written Reports & Analysis – $400/hour

• Deposition Testimony – $400/hour (4-hour minimum)

• Courtroom Testimony – $450/hour (4-hour minimum)

• Retainer – $3,000 minimum (applied to first 10–15 hours of work)

Travel & Expenses

• All travel billed at cost

  (airfare, lodging, mileage at IRS rate)

• Travel days billed at $175/hour

  (capped at 8 hours/day)
