Mark Jeude brings over a decade of experience in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), risk management, and system safety engineering. A former U.S. Army EOD Officer and current defense contractor specializing in system safety, energetics, and hazard classification, Mark has led the National Guard EOD predeployment training program and led operations ranging from post-blast investigations and UXO mitigation to munitions safety engineering for advanced defense systems.

Through Achilles Tactical Solutions, he provides expert witness services, explosives risk consulting, and specialized training for attorneys, NGOs, and private organizations operating in high-threat environments. Mark is passionate about delivering clear, actionable expertise that helps clients navigate complex cases, reduce risk, and safeguard people and assets.
