ATS provides technically rigorous analysis and expert advisory services to attorneys, defense contractors, manufacturers, and organizations operating in or adjacent to energetic and high-hazard environments.

Based in Huntsville, Alabama, ATS supports clients across the United States and internationally.

Principal Consultant

Mark Jeude is a former commissioned U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer with nine years of EOD-specific experience spanning operational service, command, and institutional leadership.

His career began as a Lieutenant assigned to a Group 3 EOD shop, where he led EOD operations prior to completing the Army's commissioned officer EOD qualification course. He subsequently served six years as a credentialed EOD Officer, including a deployment to Kuwait and command of an EOD company.

At the national level, Jeude designed and led the National Guard EOD training alignment program, responsible for standardizing operational readiness and training doctrine across National Guard EOD units nationwide. This role required deep fluency in both EOD technical standards and the institutional frameworks that govern how EOD organizations are expected to train, equip, and operate.

Following his operational career, Jeude transitioned into safety systems engineering, where he currently supports programs involving advanced energetic systems and missile safety at the highest levels of complexity in the U.S. defense portfolio.

He holds a Bachelor's degree and is a candidate in the Master of Science in Explosive Technology program at Missouri University of Science and Technology — one of the few graduate programs in the country dedicated exclusively to the science of energetic materials.

Through ATS, Jeude provides independent technical analysis, safety assessments, and expert witness services in matters involving explosives, energetic materials, and high-consequence hazard environments.
